Nikki Narduzzo~Nolan

I'm Nikki Narduzzo-Nolan, the founder of Optimum Body Therapy in Hurstbridge. My passion for holistic healing drives me to help others restore balance and vitality through transformative modalities like MRK Fusion®, Reiki, Frequency Therapy and Kinesiology.

I believe in the power of intention, energy, and frequency to support personal growth and well-being. My mission is to help you break free from pain and imbalance, guiding you intuitively toward renewed energy, clarity, and well-being.

Qualifications

In 2016, I completed my Cert IV in Massage Therapy training at Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy.

​

In 2020, I completed the First and Second Degrees in Usui Holy Fire®️ Reiki with Pauline Burr, Reiki Master, from One Body One Soul, and in April 2022, I undertook the Usui Holy Fire®️ III Reiki Master course with Pauline, which was a truly enlightening experience.

In 2022, I completed the Seichim/Sekhem Reiki Master course with Pauline and was attuned with the feminine energies from the Ancient Egypt Healing modality.

​​​

After two years of Covid-interrupted study, I completed a Cert IV in Energy Kinesiology with NK Institute. Through muscle monitoring, it enables me to identify and help you to manage the stress in your body.

I am also a Rainbow Sounds​™ Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing Practitioner, having completed the Level 1 and 2 Crystal Singing Bowls courses in 2023. I have also trained in Integral Sound Healing with Sound Healing Academy.

In 2024, I completed Level 1 of Activator Healer Coach - Dimensional Kinesiology with Marcus Bird from The Center of Quantum Healing, and in 2025 completed Level 2. This modality is a Quantum Dimensional Healing Coaching System 'Aboukra Energetics' and we use this to connect Into ‘The Field’ For profound healing results.

In 2025, I completed my training as a Qharmonix Frequency Therapist with Marcus Bird and The Center of Quantum Healing.

I am a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and am fully insured.

​​​

I have a love of crystals, well maybe an addiction!  You will find many in my healing space. They bring a sense of calm and tranquillity and enhance the energy in the room.

My family keep me busy outside of my business, particularly with their sports! I love following Melbourne in the AFL too.
