Winter’s Invitation to Rest is a 90‑minute Yin Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath experience designed to help you slow down and recalibrate during the quieter winter season. Guided through supported Yin postures and breath awareness, you’ll soften physical tension while gently stimulating connective tissue and meridian pathways. As your body settles, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic frequencies support nervous system regulation, encouraging deep rest, release and restoration. Suitable for all levels. 🤍
