Couples Crystal Sound Healing
The Couples Crystal Sound Healing session is designed to help couples reconnect with love and compassion, and to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
The intention is to create a safe and nurturing space for couples to connect with each other using the healing power of sound. I aim to provide a holistic and transformative experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected with your partner.
The session begins with a guided meditation to help you to connect with your partner, relax and let go of any tension or stress. The sound bath will create a soothing and healing sound vibration that will help to balance and energize your chakras.
During the sound bath, you will be immersed in the enchanting tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, made of high purity Australian Quartz crystal. They are tuned from a base of 432hz tuning scale. These exquisite instruments produce pure and resonant sounds that penetrate deep into your being, inducing a state of profound relaxation and harmony.
Next, I will use intuitively picked instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, rain stick, ocean drum, rain shakers, kiss kass, thunder box and tingsha bells to further enhance the healing experience. These instruments produce different frequencies and vibrations that can help stimulate different parts of the body and release stagnant energy.
To conclude the session, I will draw an oracle card for each person, which will provide further guidance and insight into your healing journey. Finally, I will use a balancing mist to help ground and integrate the healing energy.
After the sound bath, I provide a debriefing session to support your integration and reflection. This allows you to share any insights, sensations, or emotions that arose during the experience. You will be offered guidance and suggestions for continued self-care and exploration, empowering you to maintain the benefits of the sound bath in your daily life.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR SOUND HEALING: GUIDELINES
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Do not use sound healing instruments directly on the body during pregnancy, especially during the first 12 weeks, and especially not on the stomach or back of a pregnant woman.
Do not use sound healing if you suffer from epilepsy unless you have consulted your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations.
Keep a minimum distance of 20 cm (8 inches) between a sound healing instrument and any implanted heart pacemaker, stent or shunt.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use sound healing instruments:
• on any deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
• on open wounds.
• on acute inflammations and tumours.
• directly on or above a pacemaker or defibrillator. Keep a distance of at least 20 cm from where it is implanted.
• directly on or anywhere in the immediate area of a metallic implant.
• post surgery before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed.
• around the neck in the case of carotid atherosclerosis.
The following people should consult their doctor before the first use of sound healing:
• People with carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)
• People with cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
• People with a stent
• People with a shunt
• People with a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
• People with epilepsy
• Pregnant women
The sound healing instruments must not be used on the body directly on:
• implants (or near implants until they have completely healed)
• screws
• artificial joints
• inflamed joints and veins
• the skin, in the case of inflammatory skin disorders
• weeping eczema
• diseased veins
• the stomach or back of a pregnant woman
Treatment should not commence until three days after injury at the earliest for:
