Crystal Healing
What are crystals? Crystals are the earth's DNA, a chemical imprint for evolution. They are miniature storehouses, recording the development of the earth over millions of years, and bearing the indelible memory of the powerful forces that shaped it. In all their different shapes and forms, their crystalline structure can absorb, conserve, focus and emit energy, particularly on the electromagnetic waveband.

At the heart of a crystal, is the atom and its component parts. An atom is dynamic, consisting of particles rotating around a centre in constant motion. So, although a crystal may look outwardly serene, it is actually a molecular mass vibrating at a certain frequency. This is what gives a crystal its energy.

Crystal Healing. Crystals have been used for thousands of years to bring healing and balance to one's life. They work through resonance and vibration on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being. They get to the root cause of dis-ease by realigning subtle energies and diffusing stress. The vibration helps to rebalance the biomagnetic sheath that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. Crystals activate linkage points to the chakras that regulate the body's vibrational stasis. By bringing the chakras back into alignment and balance, many states of physical and psychological dis-ease can be improved.

Crystals and Kinesiology. Crystals are a beautiful balancing technique used during an Energy Kinesiology session. Using the indicator muscle test, we ask your subconscious mind if you need a crystal. Then, using the same method, we pick the crystal required. I have a large range of crystal spheres, rough pieces and palm stones to choose from. Once you have selected the crystal, I then use the indicator muscle test to scan through a list of emotions related to the crystal. This tells us why you need the crystal and can help to diffuse the stress around the emotions you may be feeling at a conscious or subconscious level, getting to the root cause of dis-ease.

During the final balance of an Energy Kinesiology session, I use the indicator muscle to ask your subconscious mind if there are any crystals you need to purchase, so you may continue your healing at home.
