The Yin Frequency Journey

The Yin Frequency Journey is a nurturing 90‑minute experience that combines the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga with the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls. Guided by Tina Akers (Gentle Warrior Yoga) and Nikki Narduzzo‑Nolan (Optimum Body Therapy), this session supports physical release, emotional softening and deep nervous system regulation. As the body unwinds through long‑held Yin poses and Yoga Nidra, the crystal frequencies help clear energetic tension and restore balance — creating a whole‑being reset that leaves you feeling calm, centred and renewed.
