If you are a new client, you will be sent a client intake form which must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your first appointment.

Please note: as I offer therapeutic massage only, HICAPS/health insurance rebates are not available.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are feeling unwell and showing any cold and flu symptoms, please seek medical assistance and re-schedule your appointment.

​

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled fee, unless it is an emergency (accident, hospital etc).  

​

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all NO SHOWS.

​

Full payment is to be made at the completion of your appointment, however your credit card details will be securely captured when completing the client intake form to enforce the cancellation policy.
