If you are a new client, you will be sent a client intake form which must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your first appointment.

Please note: HICAPS/health insurance rebates are not available.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
​
If you are feeling unwell and showing any contagious symptoms, we can move your appointment to a Halaxy Telehealth video call for Resonant Wellness sessions. Please call or SMS within 24 hours of your appointment to do this.
 

​Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will require the full fee to be paid, as this time has been set aside especially for you.

Full payment is to be made at the completion of your appointment, however your credit card details will be securely captured when completing the client intake form to enforce the cancellation policy.
 

Cash, credit card, EFTPOS, bank transfer and Pay ID payments accepted.
