Reiki Healing & Sechim/Sekhem
Reiki healing is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. The Holy Fire® energy comes from a higher level of consciousness. It helps to heal deeply and quickly without distress, it may heal relationships and interactions with others, it helps to release worry and replace it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way. Holy Fire® Reiki spontaneously provides guidance that is palatable for every level of life experience.
Seichim/Sekhem is a form of ancient Egyptian Healing. It was recently re-discovered in the Pyramids by Patrick Zeigler and is connected to the Universal Seichim symbols of Egypt and the Heart. A translation of the Egyptian word Sekhem is “Power of Powers”. This powerful healing energy is channeled through the hands and focuses on the heart centre whilst working on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels at the same time. It is similar to Reiki but operates on a higher vibration and heals on a deeper level.
Seichim/Sekhem carries a gentle, feminine current, while Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki offers a steady, masculine flow. When these two energies come together, they create a beautifully balanced healing experience — one that nurtures, strengthens and supports you in returning to your natural state of alignment.
This combined energy helps to clear emotional blockages, soften what feels heavy, and gently shift what has been holding you back. It invites you to reclaim your personal power with clarity and courage, allowing you to move forward with greater confidence and ease.
