Group Crystal Sound Healing
Embark on a transformative journey of relaxation and healing with a Group Crystal Sound Healing experience. This immersive session is designed to create a safe and nurturing space for a small group of up to four family and friends to come together and experience the profound benefits of crystal sound healing.

During this session, the experienced practitioner will guide you and your family and friends through a series of therapeutic practices using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. The intention is to foster a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment for each participant, while also promoting a heightened sense of connection and harmony within the group.

The session will begin with a guided meditation, allowing everyone to relax, centre themselves, and let go of any tension or stress. The enchanting tones and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, made of high purity Australian Quartz crystal and tuned to the 432hz tuning scale, will then surround the group, inducing a state of profound relaxation and harmony.

Throughout the session, the practitioner will intuitively select and play various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, rain sticks, drums, and tingsha bells. These instruments produce different frequencies and vibrations that can help stimulate different parts of the body and release stagnant energy, promoting a deeper sense of healing and well-being.

To conclude the session, the practitioner will draw an oracle card for each person in the group, providing further guidance and insight into their individual healing journeys. A balancing mist will be used to help ground and integrate the healing energy for each participant.

After the sound healing experience, there will be an opportunity for a debriefing session, allowing each person to share their insights, sensations, or emotions that arose during the session. The practitioner will provide guidance and suggestions for continued self-care and exploration, empowering each participant to maintain the benefits of the sound healing in their daily lives.
